Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. Most people know me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and everything between. I arrived in America with my family and brothers in the year 1990. At 1 1/2 years old. older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story with you if it weren't because my parents are devoted to determination and dedication. With the opportunity to have an improved life, I wanted to do my best to please them. I determined to achieve my goals. Within my head, I knew what the plan was to live my life. Attend college, and then graduate. Get married. Get a home. Have kids. The lifestyle I had imagined for myself wasn't what it turned into. It was 2013 when I found that I hated going to work at my corporate job. Status and money did not excite me. I thought I wasted my time to earn a paycheck. My passion for fitness and my passion for socializing with others led me to find my new calling as a personal trainer. In this year, I am celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014, I launched my own small business. Within this industry there is a lack of Asian females. As a coach, my goal is to inspire people to live a healthier and fulfilled life through creating viable lifestyles that are suited to each individual's needs and goals. I also strive to empower people to pursue their goals and achieve whatever they would like to in life. My career took off as I experienced the greatest happiness of my life. But, my mom passed away just when my professional life began to fall off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will always remain in my thoughts and brain. We can learn a lot from life, even though we might not be able to recognize it right now. The passing of my mother changed me in many ways, and I truly believe that my Mom gave me another opportunity to live my life after her death. She died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to enter her next life. I had my second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. In my 30s I feel a sense of being alive and in the moment. I don't feel like I just exist anymore. My life is shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories as well as my words. It will allow you to know you're not alone. You are capable of achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the best wealth. Because death is all that we can have, I hope you enjoy the rest of your days and live with no regrets.
